Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of the product

Our ebooks are digital downloads (PDF files) delivered electronically immediately after successful payment. Because a digital file cannot be "returned" once delivered, our refund terms differ from those for physical goods.

2. When a refund or replacement is available

Ebook purchases are non-refundable once the file has been delivered or downloaded, except in the following cases:

• ▸Corrupted or inaccessible file. If your downloaded file is corrupted, incomplete, or you are unable to access it, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will first replace the file or fix your download link. If we cannot give you a working copy, we will issue a full refund.
• ▸Duplicate payment. If you are charged more than once for the same order (for example, due to a payment-gateway retry), the duplicate amount will be refunded in full once verified.
• ▸Payment charged but product not delivered. If your payment succeeded but you never received a working download link, contact us; we will deliver the product or refund the payment in full.

3. What is not refundable

• ▸Change of mind after the ebook has been successfully delivered or downloaded.
• ▸Dissatisfaction with the content's applicability to your personal trading results. Our ebooks are educational material; they make no promise of trading outcomes (see our Disclaimer).

4. How to request a refund

Email billing@marketquants.in with:

• ▸the email address used at checkout,
• ▸your Razorpay payment ID or order ID, and
• ▸a short description of the issue (attach a screenshot if the file is corrupted or the download fails).

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours.

5. Refund processing timeline

Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days and are credited to your original payment method via Razorpay. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the amount may take additional days to reflect in your statement.

6. Cancellation

Because delivery is instant, an order cannot be cancelled after payment is completed and the download link has been issued. If you paid but have not yet downloaded the file and contact us within 24 hours, we will review cancellation requests case by case in good faith.
